Water pollution is the contamination of water so that it becomes unfit for usage., how many cleaning products are used with water?? We are full of them!! : shampoo, soap, hands-soap, bleach, all-purpose cleaner...and the list continues...

Water pollution affects wildlife living in the water or nearly areas. They are killed or highly affected by chemicals that we, humans, use for our daily lifestyle.

Here are some tips for a better  use of water at home, office, even your community:

Run your clothes washer and dishwasher only when they are full. You can save up to 1,000 gallons a month.

Spreading a layer of organic mulch around plants retains moisture and saves water, time and money.

Shorten your shower by a minute or two and you'll save up to 150 gallons per month.
